Luphix Designs is a single-practice consultancy led by Phillip Luwemba a designer with a background in both architecture and interior design. Every project is taken on personally. The work begins with architectural design: concept development, technical drawings, 3D visualization and coordination of the documentation your build requires. Where supervision is needed, I remain involved on site. Where space design is required - interior or landscaping - that discipline is built into the same practice, not outsourced to a separate firm. The result is a project handled by someone who understands it from structure to finish, without the gap between what was drawn and what gets built.

Luphix designs buildings. The work covers concept development, spatial planning, architectural drawings, 3D impressions, and construction specifications - everything a contractor needs to build accurately and everything approvals require.
Construction monitoring, project advisory against approved drawings. Bi-weekly site inspections, written reports, and construction advisory - so what was designed is what gets built.
Luphix designs interior and exterior environments and fabrication specifications (includes materials, textures, lighting and finishes) + practical landscapes.
