Interior Design and Project Supervision - In That Order
Luphix Designs is structured as a specialised consultancy, not a generalist studio. The work is led by interior design then Project supervision is built on that foundation - each service informed by the discipline of the one before it. All services can be engaged together or independently, depending on one`s project .
Interior Design
Interior Design is the foundation of every project. Before a wall is built, the work that determines whether a Fitout is safe, legal, and worth investing in must be done correctly. My design scope begins with research and concept development - understanding the space, the brief, and what the space needs to do. From there, I develop detailed designs covering spatial planning, appearance, structure, and how the space is assembled. That thinking is delivered in the form of:

Furniture , fittings and finishes specifications and details
Everything else your build may require - structural drawings, building permits, electrical and mechanical drawings... is handled by the relevant specialist. I coordinate with those professionals and advise the client on what is needed and when, but I am clear that those are separate inputs, not part of the Interior design scope.
Project Supervision
A good design only delivers its full value when it is executed accurately. Project supervision puts a professional between your investment and the risks of unsupervised construction. I conduct bi-weekly site inspections - or more frequently where the fitout requires it, to verify that works follow the selected designs . After each inspection, I provide fitout advisory: confirming where works are good to progress, or identifying changes that need to be made before the build continues. This service can be engaged as part of an interior design project or independently, for clients who have designs produced elsewhere and need professional oversight on their site.
When to Engage
Not Just Design - Clear Direction. Luphix does not simply create designs and step away. I guide the decisions that shape the entire project and stay involved where it matters - so the final result reflects the original intent without compromise.
Scenario 1
You have interior space and need to understand what can be built. Start with concept design. Concept development, planning, and drawings form the foundation for everything else - fit out,procurement, construction, and any future supervision.
Scenario 2
You have approved designs and want them built correctly. Project supervision. I come on site, verify the work at each stage, and provide the advisory that keeps construction & fit out aligned with the design.
Scenario 3
Your structure is complete and the space needs to be resolved.
Space design. Whether interior, exterior, or both - I design the environment and deliver the specifications your contractor needs to execute it.
