Concept Design & Fit-Out Supervision - Commercial Interior Design Services in Kampala
Luphix Designs offers two focused commercial interior design services in Kampala: a concept design that fits the space, and - where it's needed - supervision to make sure that concept is what actually gets built. On small to medium projects, Phillip delivers both personally, technical detail included. On larger projects, he brings in a trusted network of independent consultants, or coordinates directly with a client's own, so the two core services stay tightly led without adding unnecessary layers.
Concept Design

What it does not include:
Detailed procurement management or supplier sourcing. Concept Design gives direction on materials and finishes; sourcing and purchasing remain with you or your contractor, guided by our specification.
Delivered remotely across the region:
Concept Design is fully deliverable to clients across Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania without an in-person visit, based on photos, measurements, and drawings you provide.
Installation Supervision
Verify that what is being built matches what was approved.

Availability note:
Installation Supervision requires physical site presence. It is offered directly in Uganda, and can extend to Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania as part of our regional coverage, with travel, feeding, accommodation and logistics arranged and quoted as part of the engagement.

This is the start of real work on your project. We visit your site in order to understand your space, the operational needs, and the constraints before any design work starts. ( This can be done remotely for Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania )

Brief & Site Visit
After the brief and site visit Luphix does the Spatial planning, and produces photorealistic 3D interior renders, material direction and the finishing direction, delivered as a presentation-ready package.
Step 2
Concept Design
You engage your own contractor to execute the fit-out, using our concepts, renders and design parameters as the reference.
Step 3
Your Build
We offer this service (across Uganda Kenya, , Rwanda, and Tanzania) - We inspect the site against the approved concept on a scheduled basis and report deviations before they become expensive.

Installation Supervision
